The Vanuatu Public Service Commission wishes to recruit an experience and qualified person to fill the position of Principal Performance and Assessment Officer, Office of the Public Service Commission:

Grade: PS 8.1
Annual Salary: 2,693,000VT
Location: Port Vila
Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria:
Qualification – University Degree
Special Business Education – Human Resource or Public Administration
Experience – At least 3 years’ experience in a senior position related to all or some of the duties and responsibilities
Special skills – Good writing and reporting skills. Good communication interpretation skills. Good knowledge of computer (i.e windows and excel words). Demonstrate ability to interpret HR policies with regards to industrial relations and health and safety at work. Research skills, Analytical skills, Computer literate
Thinking style – Analytical, mathematical, methodical
Communication – High level of report skills, Good communication skills
Behavioral Competencies – Hard working, punctual, reliable, honest
Language – English, French or Bislama.
